-Do you take custom orders? In order to keep up with demand, we no longer take custom orders.

-Is there a waiting list for your instruments?
We do not have a waiting list. Be sure to be on our mailing list as we send mass emails as soon as we list instruments available for sale.

-Do you take deposits for instruments?
No. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Cash, or Personal Check at the time of purchase. Payment with Visa or Mastercard will help expedite the shipping of your purchase.

-Do you have a showroom or store?
We do not. However, if you’re in the Nashville TN area feel free to contact us to set up an appointment to come by to see instruments that are currently available or to purchase available instruments in person.

-What makes your product different from the other relic and replica builders?
Jeff’s experience with guitars and vintage instruments goes back well over 27 years giving him a unique perspective with hands on knowledge of actual vintage pieces. Jeff Senn Guitars views replica building as an art form, not a fad. We build them to feel, play, look, and sound like the real thing to the best of our ability.

-Do any dealers carry your product?
No. All sales are directly through Jeff Senn Guitars. This lets us keep our prices lower for you while also guaranteeing the most accurate specs will be described.

-Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, we can ship internationally. Please contact us for current shipping rates with your city, country, and postal code. Please note any customs paperwork, taxes, duty, etc are the responsibility of the purchaser.

-Do you have an approval period?
We do not offer an approval period. However we are more than happy to send additional specs, pictures, audio samples, videos, etc before you purchase to make sure the instrument you’re interested in is the right one for you. Again, if you’re in the Nashville TN area you can contact us to set up an appointment to try an available instrument out before purchasing.

-What is your return policy?
We do not offer a return policy. We have a Warranty on all new instruments purchased directly through us that we stand behind. As mentioned above, we’re happy to also send any additional information ahead of time to ensure that you’ll be more than happy with your purchase.

-Where do you source your parts?
Woods are hand selected by three mills we have a long standing relationship with. Bodies are CNC cut, neck blanks are CNC cut, and then hand shaped using draw knife techniques. Metal parts are sourced primarily from C&J Tooling and Callaham Guitars. See Original Senn page for more info.

-Do you build non relics?
We can and will offer on occasion non aged models when in demand. See our Photo Gallery for some examples of our non aged models.

-How do I get an Original Senn?
Be sure to be on our mailing list as we send mass emails as soon as we list instruments available for sale.

-Why are you so difficult to reach on the phone? In order to keep up the demand for building we’re always busy in the workshop. It can be difficult to be on the phone as we are only a two person shop. Email is the best way to get in touch with us. That being said, when we have available instruments for sale we keep the phone lines open as much as possible to answer your questions quickly.

-Will you relic my instrument?
We do not age other instruments.

-Do you do repairs on other instruments?
On occasion, schedule permitting, we can do repairs on other instruments. Please contact us for pricing and availability.

-Do you do refinishing?
We do refinishing on vintage pieces as our schedule allows. Please contact us for pricing and availability.

-What is your association with C&J Tooling?
We work with C&J Tooling to custom design certain parts that are lacking in the marketplace such as custom saddles and several other parts that will be coming out soon.
